Australian Shipping Rates & Estimates
We send all parcels with Australia Post. Shipping rates are flat and include 10% Australian GST:

Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are packed and sent with Australia Post once your payment is confirmed. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days and Express 1–3 business days. Business days after we lodge the parcel. Orders placed after the daily cut-off, or on a weekend or public holiday, are lodged the next business day.
Some products take up to 14 business days to arrive. Where that applies, the product page, the cart and the checkout say so before you pay.
Delivery Locations
We deliver to addresses across Australia:
- Metropolitan and regional addresses across all states and territories (NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, NT).
We currently deliver within Australia only. Orders are sent with Australia Post and generally arrive within 3–7 business days, or up to 14 business days for products marked as such. When your parcel arrives, please check the contents for damage and contact us if anything is not right.
Tracking Your Parcel
As soon as your parcel is scanned into the Australia Post logistics network, we will email you an official tracking link. You can track your parcel in real-time on the Australia Post website or via the AusPost mobile app.
