Emily H&B Calcium Plus also contans vitamin D which assists in the absorption of calcium into the body. Vitamin D also provides support for the immune system and decreases some risk factors for heart disease and type 2 diabetes.CAUTION: Not recommended for children under 12 and pregnant women.
