RETURN POLICY
Emily Health & Beauty Australia do not accept returns on the basis of: change of mind; the bottle or jar has been opened; or 30 days has elapsed since confirmation of the order was provided. Not withstanding the above, the terms of purchase do not negate any rights that the customer may have under Australian Consumer Law. Customers may request a replacement product or refund via email at the following address: sales@emilyhb.com.au. The customer should provide a copy of the order confirmation and a description of the problem. Staff may request photos or return of the damaged product. Emily Health & Beauty Australia will not be responsible for costs associated with return of product.
